Fighting a battle with an unseen enemy is equivalent to climbing a slippery slope. In this case, the unseen enemy is a virus that has caused irreparable damage to lives and livelihoods. A fall is imminent if we don’t have a shield or a savior to get us through the crisis.

CSC may not be an actual knight dressed in shining armor, but its unwavering efforts have been emblematic of how it has risen up as a silent, constant partner in this fight against the pandemic.

The company has firmly stood up to the test of the pandemic by keeping the supply chain intact, ensuring seamless transportation of critical shipments to and from the corners of the globe, and instilling a strong sense of faith and reassurance in its employees.

At a time when insurmountable pressure befell on the country’s pharmaceutical supply chain, CSC introduced “Truant” – CSC’s Real-time Temperature Tracking App for pharmaceutical shipments—the only app in the world to provide critical information on pharmaceutical shipments handled in an Airport terminal on a real-time basis, which was a timely step taken for the interests of the people.

By facilitating trade, pharma exports, and unique cold storage facilities, it has superseded limitations and expectations while striving relentlessly to keep the supply chain intact.

When it comes to ensuring employee safety, CSC has been a staunch beacon of support for its staff. In line with its firm belief of creating a robust foundation when it comes to its employees, the organization completed the Safety Management Systems training for 100% of their outsourced workers. It also ensured full vaccination of its employees and staff.

The Delhi Cargo Service Centre has also been acknowledged by Mission Oxygen India for unmatched efforts during the pandemic, including ensuring the uninterrupted supply of oxygen.

In terms of cargo handling, Cargo Service Center’s unsurpassed cargo handling services during the challenging of times garnered attention and respect. Just recently, Cathay Pacific inked a pact with CSC for their complete cargo handling services at Mumbai Airport.

CSC registers 550,000 tonnes of general cargo handled per year.

The company also ensured uninterrupted transportation of vaccine consignments to different countries, which included Yemen, Portugal, Johannesburg, Kenya, Bahamas, Miami, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan Israel, Maldives, Australia, Bangladesh, Tajikistan, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Belize, Uganda, Botswana, and Benin.

Even in the direst circumstances, the efficient end-to-end cargo handling for both general, sensitive, as well as perishable cargo at CSC has kept the supply chain moving. With a fully trained operations team and experienced management, all processes were executed near to perfection at all our facilities.

CSC has truly been a silent, strong partner and beacon of support in this global fight against the pandemic.
