In a joint venture with SATS Ltd., Mumbai Cargo Service Center Airport Pvt. Ltd. (MCSCAPL) operates and manages international cargo facilities at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport in Mumbai. SATS is Asia’s leading provider of food solutions and gateway services, with a network spanning 14 countries and 54 cities.

Spread over 25 acres of land, MCSCAPL is a consolidated, one-stop solution for all your cargo handling requirements. With 14,304 Sq.mts area dedicated to handling the Exports and 37415 Sq.mts area for Imports which includes the state-of-the-art Import Cold Zone at the terminal with an annual cargo handling capacity of 75,000 tons.

MCSCAPL services include general cargo handling, warehousing of cargo, cargo documentation, security screening, ULD control, build-up and breakdown of cargo pallets or units, liaison with Customs and agencies, supervision of cargo handling, and other related cargo back-office support. It is capable of handling a variety of cargo, including live animals, dangerous goods, and heavy machinery parts. This is a terminal that is paperless and has adopted seamless and user-friendly processes by leveraging IT infrastructure. Paperless operations were introduced on February 1, 2021, at MCSCAPL.
